Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 October 2026
Welcome to Huurpour.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Huurpour.store and your purchase of products from Huurpour.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.
By accessing our website or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any rights granted to consumers under applicable UK law.
1. About Huurpour
Huurpour operates the website:
Website: Huurpour.store
Email: help@Huurpour.store
The business information above must be completed with the genuine details of the entity operating Huurpour before these Terms are published.
2. Contacting Us
If you have any questions about these Terms, an order, a product or your statutory rights, you may contact us at:
Email: help@Huurpour.store
We aim to respond to customer enquiries within a reasonable period.
3. About These Terms
These Terms apply to contracts between Huurpour and consumers purchasing products through Huurpour.store.
They should be read together with our:
-
Return & Refund Policy;
-
Shipping Policy;
-
Privacy Policy;
-
Cookie Policy; and
-
any additional terms displayed in relation to a particular promotion or product.
If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory right granted under applicable consumer law, the mandatory legal right will prevail.
4. Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order, you confirm that:
you have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
the information you provide is accurate and complete;
you are authorised to use the payment method provided; and
you are purchasing products for lawful purposes.
If you are under 18, you should only place an order where you are legally permitted to do so and, where appropriate, with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
5. Products
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements and other information displayed on Huurpour.store are accurate.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on the device, display settings and lighting used to view the product.
Measurements may also be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory right to receive goods that are:
of satisfactory quality;
fit for purpose where applicable; and
as described.
6. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding a product to your shopping basket does not reserve that product.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and, where we cannot fulfil the order, refund any amount paid for the unavailable product.
We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
7. Prices
Prices displayed on Huurpour.store are shown in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) unless otherwise stated.
Prices will include VAT where VAT is legally applicable and required to be included.
Any delivery charges or other compulsory charges applicable to your order will be clearly displayed before you place your order.
We will not add optional charges unless you have expressly agreed to them.
8. Pricing Errors
Although we take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate, errors may occasionally occur.
If we discover an obvious pricing error before accepting your order, we may contact you and give you the option to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the affected order.
We will not charge you a higher price without your agreement.
If an affected order is cancelled after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.
9. Promotions and Discounts
Promotions, discount codes and special offers may be subject to additional conditions.
Where applicable, these conditions will be displayed clearly before purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
codes may have eligibility requirements;
codes may apply only to selected products;
codes may not be combined with other offers; and
promotions may be withdrawn or amended where lawful to do so.
Nothing in a promotion will affect your statutory consumer rights.
All promotional claims, reference prices and savings displayed by Huurpour are intended to be presented fairly and transparently in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
10. How to Place an Order
To place an order through Huurpour.store, you will normally:
select a product;
choose any available size, colour or other option;
add the product to your basket;
review the contents of your basket;
proceed to checkout;
enter the required contact, billing and delivery information;
select an available delivery method;
select a payment method;
review your order and total price; and
submit your order using the payment or order confirmation button.
Before submitting your order, you will have an opportunity to identify and correct input errors.
11. Obligation to Pay
Where placing an order creates an obligation to pay, this will be made clear to you immediately before you place the order.
By activating the relevant payment or order button, you acknowledge that your order involves an obligation to pay the displayed total price.
12. Order Confirmation and Contract Formation
After you place an order, we will normally send an electronic acknowledgement confirming that we have received it.
An acknowledgement of receipt does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, our acceptance of your order and formation of the contract occurs when we confirm that your order has been accepted or dispatched.
We may decline an order for legitimate reasons, including where:
a product is unavailable;
payment cannot be authorised;
we identify an obvious pricing or description error;
fraud or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected;
delivery cannot be made to the requested address; or
the order would breach applicable law.
If we decline an order after taking payment, we will refund the relevant amount.
13. Electronic Contract Information
The language offered for contracts through Huurpour.store is English, unless another language is expressly made available.
These Terms are made available electronically in a form intended to allow you to store or reproduce them.
You should retain a copy of your order confirmation and these Terms for your records.
We may retain electronic records of orders where required for business, tax, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or customer-service purposes.
14. Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment information.
By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers.
Your use of those payment services may also be subject to the provider's own terms and privacy policies.
We will not knowingly charge your payment method for any optional product or service that you did not expressly select.
15. Payment Authorisation
An order may be subject to payment verification and authorisation.
If your payment provider declines or does not authorise payment, we will not be responsible for delays resulting solely from that refusal.
We may use reasonable fraud-prevention measures before processing an order.
16. Delivery
Delivery options, applicable charges and estimated delivery information will be displayed during checkout or in our Shipping Policy.
Please ensure that your delivery information is complete and accurate.
We will deliver goods within the agreed period or, where no specific period has been agreed, within the period required by applicable UK consumer law.
For further details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
17. Delivery Delays
If delivery is delayed, we will deal with the order in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
Where delivery by a particular date is essential and the applicable legal requirements are met, you may have the right to cancel the contract.
Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory rights you have in relation to late delivery.
18. Incorrect Delivery Information
You are responsible for checking the delivery information entered during checkout.
If you discover an error, please contact help@Huurpour.store as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered the fulfilment or delivery process.
This does not affect any responsibility Huurpour has where a delivery problem was caused by us or by a delivery provider acting on our behalf.
19. Risk in the Goods
Where you are a consumer, risk in the goods generally passes to you when the goods come into your physical possession or into the physical possession of a person identified by you to receive them.
This is subject to any applicable statutory exceptions.
Where Huurpour arranges the carrier, risk does not normally transfer merely because the goods have been handed to that carrier.
20. Ownership of Goods
Ownership of products will normally pass to you when we have received full payment and any applicable legal requirements for transfer of ownership have been satisfied.
Risk and ownership are separate concepts and may pass at different times.
21. Your Right to Cancel
Consumers purchasing online generally have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Details of the applicable cancellation period, return procedure, refunds and legal exceptions are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms restricts those statutory cancellation rights.
22. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law.
Where you are legally entitled to a refund, repair, replacement, price reduction or other remedy, these Terms will not remove or restrict that entitlement.
Please contact:
for return instructions where required.
23. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
Goods supplied by Huurpour must comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Among other requirements, goods must be:
of satisfactory quality;
fit for their intended or agreed purpose; and
as described.
If you receive faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods, contact:
Your statutory remedies may include rejection and refund, repair, replacement or a price reduction depending on the circumstances and applicable legal requirements.
24. Statutory Consumer Rights
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable consumer legislation are separate from and additional to any voluntary commercial policy offered by Huurpour.
We will not use these Terms to exclude or restrict statutory consumer remedies where the law prohibits us from doing so.
25. Fair and Transparent Terms
These Terms are intended to be written in clear and understandable language.
No provision is intended to create a significant imbalance between Huurpour's rights and a consumer's rights contrary to the requirement of good faith.
If a consumer contract term is legally considered unfair, it may not be binding on the consumer.
If a term is capable of more than one reasonable interpretation, applicable consumer law may require the interpretation most favourable to the consumer to prevail.
26. Reviews and Customer Content
Where Huurpour allows customers to submit product reviews, comments, photographs or similar material, the content must be genuine and lawful.
You must not knowingly submit:
fake reviews;
materially misleading reviews;
reviews falsely presented as independent;
unlawful content;
content that infringes another person's rights; or
malicious software or harmful code.
Where a review has been incentivised, this should be disclosed where required.
Huurpour may moderate customer content in accordance with applicable law and may take reasonable and proportionate steps to prevent or remove fake or misleading reviews.
27. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of Huurpour.store, including:
logos;
brand names;
graphics;
photographs;
product imagery;
website design;
written content;
videos; and
other original materials,
is owned by Huurpour, licensed to Huurpour, or otherwise used with permission.
You may use the website for personal and lawful shopping purposes.
You must not reproduce, commercially exploit, distribute, modify or republish protected material without the permission of the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.
28. Huurpour Trade Marks and Branding
The Huurpour name, brand identity and associated logos may be protected by trade mark, copyright or other intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in Huurpour branding.
29. Acceptable Use of the Website
You must not misuse Huurpour.store.
You must not knowingly:
introduce viruses, malware or malicious code;
attempt unauthorised access to the website or connected systems;
interfere with the website's operation or security;
use automated systems in a way that unreasonably disrupts the service;
commit fraud;
impersonate another person;
use another person's payment details without authority;
violate intellectual property rights; or
use the website for unlawful purposes.
We may take reasonable action to protect our website, customers and systems from abuse.
30. Account Security
If Huurpour allows customer accounts, you are responsible for taking reasonable steps to keep your login credentials confidential.
Please notify us if you reasonably believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We may temporarily restrict access to an account where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud or security issues.
31. Website Availability
We aim to keep Huurpour.store available and functioning properly.
However, the website may occasionally be unavailable because of:
maintenance;
technical faults;
security issues;
hosting problems;
network failures; or
events outside our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.
This section does not limit any rights relating to an order or contract already entered into.
32. Changes to the Website
We may modify, update or improve Huurpour.store from time to time.
Changes to the website will not retrospectively remove statutory rights or contractual rights that have already arisen in relation to an accepted order.
33. Third-Party Websites and Services
Huurpour.store may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services such as payment processors, delivery providers or technology platforms.
Where a third-party website is independent from Huurpour, we are not responsible for its content or operation merely because we provide a link to it.
Customers should review applicable third-party terms where appropriate.
Nothing in this section excludes any responsibility that Huurpour cannot lawfully exclude.
34. Personal Information
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
This may include the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, where applicable.
Please review our Privacy Policy for information about:
what personal data we collect;
why we use it;
how long it is retained;
who it may be shared with; and
your data protection rights.
35. Cookies
Huurpour.store may use cookies and similar technologies.
Where consent is legally required for non-essential cookies, those technologies should not be activated until the appropriate consent has been obtained.
Further information should be provided in our Cookie Policy.
36. Our Responsibility to Consumers
If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage suffered by you that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill where the law makes us responsible.
Loss or damage is foreseeable where it was obvious that it would happen or where both parties knew, when the contract was formed, that it might happen.
37. Losses We Do Not Exclude
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot lawfully be excluded;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015; or
any other liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
38. Personal and Business Use
Products sold through Huurpour.store are primarily intended for consumer and personal use unless otherwise stated.
Where you purchase as a consumer, we are not normally responsible for losses arising purely from commercial or business activities that were not reasonably contemplated as part of the consumer contract.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
39. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control to the extent permitted by law.
Such circumstances may include:
serious transport disruption;
natural disasters;
government action;
war or civil disturbance;
major telecommunications failures;
industrial action;
epidemics or public emergencies; or
serious failures affecting third-party infrastructure.
Where such an event affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and will continue to respect your statutory rights.
40. Fraud Prevention
We may use reasonable measures to prevent fraud, misuse and unauthorised transactions.
This may include verification of order, billing or payment information.
We may refuse or cancel a transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or illegality.
Where a lawful order is cancelled and payment has already been collected, any amount due to you will be refunded.
41. Prohibited Resale or Misuse
We may impose reasonable purchase limits where necessary to protect stock availability, prevent fraud or prevent misuse of promotions.
Any such restrictions will be applied fairly and must not interfere with statutory consumer rights.
42. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with a product or service, please contact:
Please provide your:
name;
order number, if applicable;
contact details; and
description of the issue.
We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve complaints fairly.
43. Alternative Dispute Resolution
Where Huurpour is legally required to participate in an Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme, or voluntarily agrees to do so, the relevant information will be provided to customers in accordance with applicable law.
Any legal requirement relating to an approved or accredited ADR provider will take precedence over these Terms.
44. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:
changes in law;
changes to our business;
changes to website functionality;
changes to payment or delivery processes; or
other legitimate operational requirements.
The Terms applicable to your purchase will generally be those presented to you when you placed the relevant order.
We will not retrospectively change an existing contract in a manner that unlawfully reduces your rights.
45. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply where legally possible.
46. No Waiver
If Huurpour does not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, that does not necessarily mean that the right has been waived.
Any waiver will apply only to the particular circumstances in which it is given unless otherwise stated.
47. Transfer of Rights
You may have rights to transfer your contractual rights where permitted by law.
Huurpour will not transfer its obligations under a consumer contract in a way that reduces the legal protections available to you.
48. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any policies expressly incorporated into the contract and the information provided to you before purchase, form the contractual framework relating to your purchase.
Nothing in this provision excludes liability for fraud or prevents you from relying on information that applicable consumer law treats as binding.
49. Governing Law and Courts
These Terms are governed by applicable UK law.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives you of any mandatory protection available under the law of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
Consumers resident in England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland may have the right to bring proceedings in the courts applicable to the jurisdiction in which they live.
Any governing-law or jurisdiction clause used by Huurpour will be interpreted subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
50. Applicable Consumer Legislation
Depending on the circumstances, legislation relevant to purchases from Huurpour may include:
the Consumer Rights Act 2015;
the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013;
the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, as amended;
the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024;
the Data Protection Act 2018;
the UK General Data Protection Regulation; and
other applicable UK consumer, contract, e-commerce, advertising and data protection legislation.
References to legislation include amendments, replacements and other applicable provisions in force from time to time.
